Thirty four years and I have finally figured out I am a writer. I love science and math and I enjoy 'playing' sports. Watching them normally doesn't interest me much. Unless its women's volleyball or gymnastics... or ice skating. *laugh*

I like playing online computer games as well; Like, EverQuest II. Currently I am playing Mass Effect and Dragon Age: Origins. I have pre-ordered Mass Effect 2 of course. When I am not playing video games in my free time I am reading books like the Vampyre Psychologist, Vampyre Diaries, Twilight Saga, etc.

I generally enjoy all types of music and entertainment in general. I tend to prefer adventure, fantasy, and science fiction stories more than not. I have recently found an interest in vampyre romance stories. I have dealt with major depression and lack of self esteem for... most of my life. A s a result I tend to polarize myself towards being positive and happy. Yet I think that dealing with depression is one of those things that is constant.

I am generally a positive person who believes strongly in a positive mental attitude. I am eclectic in my beliefs though and tend to be very metaphysical and spiritually minded. I feel closer to Hermetic, traditions & principles, and Buddhism than Christianity; Despite, growing up as a Catholic. Though I find it funny that once you are a Catholic you are always one regardless of what you think, unless you get excommunicated by the Pope.

So basically I think 'reality' is an illusion we manifest through our thoughts and feelings. Thoughts are like the mast of a sailboat and emotions are the wind that drives the sailboat around. Of course, maybe there are one or two exceptions in an entire lifetime. I also think that most of our choices were made at birth for our lifetime; Which, is in relation to Agent Smith's dialog about free will in the movie: The Matrix.

So I feel nothing is trivial, and everything has meaning; Maybe sometimes of the time the meaning has nothing to do with me, and most of the time it has to do with little things I can do to help others. Naturally I am only human so I leave such details to my angels to guide me. Instead, I focus my energy on being positive and thinking about what I want; While, facing my fears and letting them pass through me.
